Malthouse Upper and Lower Lakes

These two lakes each just under 5 acres offer wonderful fishing for anglers of all abilities and tastes. They offer an abundance of fish and better angling than many local day ticket waters ! The upper lake has a huge head of  Carp running to 24lb with hundreds of fish in the mid-double range. It also holds  Crucian Carp to 3lb, Ghost Carp to 16lb, Tench to 5lb and  Roach, Rudd and Golden Rudd to 2lb

The lower lake has a similar profile with both specimen perch and Rudd showing regularly. Both Malthouse lakes do not contain Pike, but do produce some very big Eels. Members come from far and wide to fish these fabulous waters
